N-TRIBE: Phreakwaves
First N-tribe release after there formation in 1996.
“Phreakwaves” based on loops of Manuel Göttschings LP/CD “Inventions for Electric Guitar”.
Ashra´s later (1997) live version of the track “echo waves” (as featured on the ashra live recordings “Sauce Hollandaise” & ”@shra”), was based on the programming which was done for the “Phreakwaves” track.
“Outside” was also featured on the compilation CD “Electric City” released by the label AtaTak (distributed by EFA) in 1996 (Cat.Nr.EFA03769).
